By registering for or attending the camp, you agree to these terms.

Camp services

Services are provided subject to veterinary assessment, animal eligibility, medical requirement, availability, safety and camp capacity. Registration does not guarantee a specific service or consultation time.

Clinical decisions

The attending veterinarian’s professional assessment determines appropriate care. Anti-rabies vaccination, deworming, supplements and other services may be declined or deferred when clinically unsuitable. Surgery consultation may be offered; surgery itself is not free.

Caregiver responsibilities

Caregivers must provide accurate information, safely restrain and transport animals, remain responsible for their animal, disclose known aggression or illness and follow team safety instructions.

Scheduling and changes

Waiting times may vary. The organisers may adjust queues, services, timings or arrangements for animal welfare, safety, weather, operational or regulatory reasons.

Data and communications

Registration details may be used for camp coordination and relevant follow-up in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
